The advantages of using the KoolPaks have included:

- Being able to leave a delivery to keep cool if customer is not home

- Traceability to recover boxes and to track deliveries

- Reusability, FMF has reused boxes weekly, they are easy to clean and are still in use after several months of weekly deliveries

- Easy to stack and fit amongst other boxes (compared to a polystyrene alterative) in transit

- Reusable, recyclable, and locally manufactured fit into our ethos of reducing carbon emissions and using reusable and recycled packaging wherever possible

- Suitable for one off delivery runs where it’s not feasible to run a full chiller or freezer

We have been getting extensive reusability out of the TomKat KoolPak.  We have been using the boxes to transport fresh and frozen produce over the last 12 months across North Queensland. The most used box has been used 28 times and is still in good working order. We work with many niche producers and makers who have also expressed interest in using the TomKat Global Solutions KoolPaks for their own deliveries.
